I’ve always been known as a connector of people and connecting them to things they need.
After decades of owning multiple businesses and serving customers (we call them guests in hospitality), I found my calling as a recruiter. I am passionate about my work and feel purposeful every day.
I’ve been able to build deep relationships by being kind, asking the right questions, listening, understanding before being understood, putting their needs before my own, following up, and mobilizing their career path to achieve goals.
Essentially, I’ve been able to build meaningful careers for my candidates and productive leadership teams for my clients.
